The applicants to the category B) are required to obtain the level N1 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test(JLPT) or TOEFL Certificate (minimum score of 79 TOEFL iBT) in advance, and the addmission decisions are made on the basis of full consideration of the applicant’s academic experience and the degree of relevance of the field of research to the Graduate School of Economics. One of the requirements for this program is an acceptance by a Professor or an Associate Professor in our faculty. If you would like to apply for this program, please send a written request for this program to the Student Office of the Faculty of Economics. The program starts twice a year: on April 1 and October 1. The application deadlines are November 30 of the previous year, and May 31 respectively.
