If you wish to add or delete a course for the final revision period, please follow the procedure below.
Please note that we do not accept any applications at the counter.
Please make sure to confirm the changes on Campusmate after you apply.
(The changes will be reflected on Campusmate after October 28.)

If you wish to apply for more than one course, please submit the form for each course.

1. Courses for which you can apply
Courses offered in AW semester (including courses offered by other departments)　

2. Application period
　　 October 26 (Wed.) 9:00 – October 28 (Fri.) 15:00
　　 No applications will be accepted after the above period.

3. Application method
　　Please submit the following application form.

You need to sign in at the following two levels to apply.
　　　1. Microsoft account
　　　　　→Sign in with “SSO-KID@kyushu-u.ac.jp”
Please replace the SSO-KID part with your own SSO-KID.

　　　2. Sign-in page of the organization (you will be redirected automatically)
　　　　　→Enter your SSO-KID password and sign in.

4. Others
　If you wish to apply for more than one course, after submitting the first course, click “Send another response” and submit the second and subsequent courses in the same way.
