〇講師プロフィール： 箭野 拓士（やの たくじ）氏　欧州復興開発銀行東京事務所 所長／Mr. Takuji YANO, Head of Office, EBRD Tokyo Representative Office

Takuji Yano joined the Ministry of Finance Japan (MOF) in 1999, and over the years seasoned experience as a public servant of the Japanese Government, including MOF, Cabinet Office, and Financial Service Agency. On top of that, he has accumulated extensive experience working with international development financial institutions, including specialist positions at the Inter-American Development Bank and the World Bank. From 2018 to 2021, he served as an Executive Director at the African Development Bank (AfDB) representing Japan and several countries, and since the summer of 2024, he has been Director of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) as Head of Tokyo Office.
