　令和7年9月修了者向けの経済学府学位記授与式について、以下の通りお知らせします。
　つきましては、出欠確認のため、以下のアンケートに回答してください。

注記：
（１）欠席時の受け取り方法や証明書の追加発行もアンケートから回答してください。

（２）修了式当日に次の証明書をお渡しします。
・卒業証明書　1部
・成績証明書　1部
・留学生は英語の証明書も各1部ずつ
・追加で証明書が必要な場合は、アンケートから申し込みしてください。

（３）卒業後の進路状況調査に回答されていない場合は、以下からアンケートに回答してください。

(1)If you are unable to attend, please indicate your preferred method for receiving your diploma and any requests for additional certificates via the survey.
  
(2)The following certificates will be distributed on the day of the ceremony:
-One copy of the Graduation Certificate (JAPANESE)
-One copy of the Academic Transcript (JAPANESE)
-International students will also receive one copy of each certificate in English.
-If you require additional copies, please request them through the survey.
