Procedures for Overseas Travel (Notification for Overseas Travel)

When traveling abroad, including for personal reasons, it is necessary to submit a notification online in advance.

Please fill in the required information and submit it via the following URL:

*Enter the information only after obtaining prior consent from your academic supervisor.

If you do not belong to a seminar and have no academic supervisor, obtain prior consent from the Chair of the Student Committee.
