人文社会科学系事務部では、以下のとおり８月に業務の一斉休止を実施します。

期間中は窓口業務および電話・メール対応を休止いたします。
各種手続きや証明書の申請等につきましては、余裕をもってお手続きいただきますようお願いいたします。

 

なお、8月17日（月）より通常どおり業務を再開いたします。

Notice of Temporary Closure of Administrative Offices During the Summer Period

 

The Administrative Offices for the Faculties/Graduate Schools of Humanities, Human-Environment Studies, Law, Economics, and Integrated Sciences for Global Society will be closed during the following periods.

 

［Closed Periods and Affected Offices］
● Student Affairs Division (Sections in Charge of Each Faculty and Graduate School, and the Digital Humanities Section) and the East Zone Support Center
　-Period: August 8 (Sat.) to August 16 (Sun.), 2026

 

● General Affairs Division (all sections), Financial Affairs Division (all sections), East Zone Campus Health Support Room, Multilingual Communication Space, and the Humanities and Human Sciences Facilities Maintenance Section of the Facilities Department
　-Period: August 11 (Tue., National Holiday) to August 16 (Sun.), 2026

 

During the above periods, all counter services, telephone services, and e-mail inquiries will be unavailable.
Please allow sufficient time for administrative procedures and applications for certificates and other documents.

 

Regular operations will resume on August 17 (Mon.), 2026.
